How Do I Cancel My Munchery

Munchery is a meal kit delivery service founded in 2010 in San Francisco, California by Tri Tran and Conrad Chu. The service has its headquarters in San Francisco and offers meal delivery to 1,000 cities in AZ, CA, CO, ID, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, and WY. Meals can be ordered up to 6 p.m. the same day, or a few days in advance for scheduled delivery on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. Drivers deliver the dinners within a chosen one-hour window between 5 and 9 p.m. on the delivery day, the pre-cooked food arrives chilled and needs to be reheated before serving. Weekly deliveries are always 2 servings per kit and can be ordered as either 2 kits or 3 kits per week with the meals chosen from the selection available for the week. 2 kits per week cost $51.95 per week with free shipping. 3 kits will cost $69.95 per week also with free shipping. Members are not required to meet a minimum commitment term and may cancel their subscription at any time desired. Single deliveries are known as On-Demand meal deliveries, and those do not have a weekly cost and are charged as a single price for one meal kit in specific cities that currently offer the On Demand service option. Delivery is free for weekly subscribers and costs between $5.00 and $7.00 for On Demand deliveries under $60.00, with free shipping offered on On Demand orders totaling at least $60.00 before taxes and fees.
