Hidden Listings provides access to a searchable database of rent-to-own home listings. The company is led by Jenny Yang and was founded initially in 2010. Company headquarters are located in Riverside, California. Other sites operated by the company include whereforeclosures.com and rent2owninc.com which provide similar searchable databases of rent-to-own and foreclosed home listings as well. Members gain access to the database of rent and lease to own homes, as well as homes for sale by owner and homes that offer owner financing, and can receive emailed alerts of new listings in their area on a regularly scheduled basis.
A 7-day trial membership is offered by the site. Trials are available by providing your name, phone, email address, and zip code for searching purposes and credit card information. The trial membership charges $1.00 initially then converts to a paid membership once the 7-day trial period ends. Regularly monthly memberships are charged every 30 days at a rate of $49.60 per month and renew automatically each month until cancelled by the user. A 3-month membership is also available for a total charge of $99.00. These memberships do not renew however and users must re-register at the end of the 90 day period to continue using the service.
All memberships may be cancelled at any time without penalty since Hidden Listings does not require a minimum commitment. However, if cancelled before the end of the paid period, members may not be eligible for a refund of the service fees that have been paid.
