A 7-day trial membership is offered by the site. Trials are available by providing your name, phone, email address, and zip code for searching purposes and credit card information. The trial membership charges $1.00 initially then converts to a paid membership once the 7-day trial period ends. Regularly monthly memberships are charged every 30 days at a rate of $49.60 per month and renew automatically each month until cancelled by the user. A 3-month membership is also available for a total charge of $99.00. These memberships do not renew however and users must re-register at the end of the 90 day period to continue using the service.

All memberships may be cancelled at any time without penalty since Hidden Listings does not require a minimum commitment.
