Shape Magazine releases ten issues per year, on a monthly basis. A German version of the magazine is available in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. It is also edited in Romania. The sections of the magazine include Feature and Cover Stories, Shape Your Life, Look Great, Live Healthy, Get Fit, Eat Right, You In Shape, From the Editor's Desk, Contributors, Readers Speak Out, On The Hot List, and Fit & Famous. The magazine also includes topics in beauty, sex, travel, fashion, home, work, and fashion.
