How Do I Cancel My Metrofax

MetroFax is an Internet-based fax service that allows subscribers to send faxes via their website, mobile app, or email. Members sign up for one of the plans offered by MetroFax, choosing their fax number as part of the sign-up process, and then can send and receive faxed documents. MetroFax is owned and operated by its parent company, J2 Global, which was founded in 1995 as JFax by Jack Rieley and Jaye Muller. J2 Global is based on Hollywood, California.

Three tiers of service are offered by MetroFax. The Essential plan includes 500 pages per month to send or receive and can be purchased for $7.95 per month or $79.50 per year. The Value plan includes 1000 pages per month for $12.95 per month or $129.50 per year. Finally, the Professional plan includes 2500 pages per month for $35.95 per month or $359.50 per year. All plans include the ability to send or receive faxes by email as well as the ability to add multiple email addresses to the account to send from or receive faxes to multiple individuals within one account. MetroFax also includes a free trial of 30 days on any service level, which will convert to a paid account at the rate chosen during signup if not cancelled within the 30 day trial period. Additional pages over the allotted amount may be purchased at a per-page cost or the account can be upgraded to a higher level.

All Metrofax accounts automatically renew every 30 days at the chosen rate but have no minimum term and can be cancelled at any point with no penalty. There is some additional information below to help you if you wish to cancel a MetroFax subscription.
