How do I cancel my ABCmouse.com charges?


Just as your child is growing out of their clothing, they will also outgrow ABCmouse.com Early Learning Academy.  This is a subscription based website that focuses on the educational needs of 2-8 year-olds. ABCmouse.com is an interactive website for young children to play independently and safely with various interactive games, songs and printouts while learning concepts in Math, Reading, and Science.

The parent company, Age of Learning, Inc.,  is aware that children will outgrow or lose interest in this website.  Of course, there can be other reasons to cancel a membership but the company realizes that the relationship with each individual will come to an end.  To cancel your membership can be as easy as 1-2-3, A-B-C!

You will need:

Username and password (login information)

Instructions to cancel membership:

  1. Go to the ABCmouse website and log in.
  2. Under the ‘Parents Section’ click on MY ACCOUNT. The ‘Customer Support’ link will have a ‘Billing’ link to cancel your subscription.
  3. Click on the Cancellation Policy link at the bottom of the page and continue to follow the steps stated in the policy.

When you cancel your membership you may still have access to the website until your next payment was to be due.

Always get a confirmation of the cancellation of your account and keep it for your records. Double check for any charges on your next renewal date to make sure any payments have been stopped. If you have any concerns or questions call and talk to a customer service representative.
