  2. Click on “Manage your Bookings.”
  3. Select the booking you wish to cancel.
  4. Choose “Cancel Your Room.”

  2. Ask to talk to a customer service agent.
  3. Ask to cancel your account.

 

If you booked a listing without a Hotels.com account

Via Online
  1. Complete the “Find Your Bookings” form.
  2. Click the “Cancel Room” link.
  3. Select the booking you wish to cancel.
  4. You’ll receive an email confirmation.

Note: Any secret prices that appear on Hotels.com fall under the same cancellation policies as other bookings.

Note: Airline change fees range from $150 – $300 USD. You’ll need to pay the difference whenever the flight’s cost exceeds your credit.

 

To delete your Hotels.com account:

  1. Visit https://www.hotels.com/profile/signin.html.
  2. Log in to your account.
