How Do I Cancel My Grip Phone Protection

Grip is a mobile device protection plan offered by Cell Brokerage LLC. Cell Brokerage LLC was founded in 2009 to provide cellular phone insurance options to customer and has its headquarters in Las Vegas, NV. Customers may sign up for coverage for their eligible device at the time of purchase if their device is purchased from an authorized retailer of Grip’s policies, or they can enroll online as long as it is within 30 days from the date of purchase for their device. Coverage obtained at the time of purchase is available immediately, while those purchasing after the date of purchase but within 30 days have a 30 day waiting period before the coverage is effective.

Grip plans cover the covered device in case of accidental damage, loss, theft, or malfunction once the manufacturer’s warranty for malfunctions has expired. Plans may be paid for separate from your wireless plan billing and can be paid monthly or annually. Premiums are based on the device being covered and will vary some from device to device. Coverage can be transferred to a newly purchased phone if a previous claim had not been made under the coverage.

Coverage can be cancelled if you no longer own the device or cancelled without penalty for a device you still own by contacting the company. There is no minimum commitment term for policies so cancellation can be done at any time desired by the member.
