How Do I Cancel My Fabkids

FabKids is a subscription box for children’s clothing, shoes, and accessories. The service started in 2012 and is based in San Francisco, CA. Members can sign up without paying an initial styling fee, and enter their child or children’s information such as gender, age, clothing and shoe sizes, and general preferences. New users are given an introductory offer such as a discounted price or buy one get one free offer on their first order with the company. After the initial order, members are enrolled in the monthly VIP membership, each month the member is sent an email detailing the selections chosen by FabKids for them. The member may choose to purchase one of the selections shown or choose to shop on the site for other items or skip the month. If there is no purchase made and the month is not skipped by the 5th of the month, the member’s card will be charged $29.95 for 1 member credit.  Credits can be used toward the price of any item priced at $29.95 or higher and roll over to the next month if not used. The monthly charge will happen automatically each month until the membership is cancelled. Shipping is free for all orders over $49.00. Exchanges are also free if the chosen items do not meet your needs. There is no commitment term and no obligation to purchase since members may skip as often as they wish and can cancel at any time.   3. If applicable, ask for a refund
