Epoch offers payment services and customer service business services to vendors of products and services online, usually of the adult nature. Although Epoch is not the merchant selling the product or service you purchased, you can cancel your order or subscription within the terms of your agreement with whomever you made your purchase. Check out the information below on how to cancel with Epoch.

Get together this information:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Billing Address
  • City
  • State/Province/Region
  • Zip
  • Email Address
  • First 6 and Last 4 digits of the Credit you are being charged on
  • Amount of Charge
  • Date of charge
  • Password
To cancel by Phone (Live Agent):
  1. Pick up your phone and call 1 (800) 893-8871
  2. Tell the representative that you’d like to cancel
  3. If applicable, ask for a refund
  4. If you’re unsure, ask if you’re going to be charged again
  5. Ask the representative for a receipt, email, or confirmation number
  6. It’s important to keep the info about your cancellation, just in case!
To cancel by Web Chat:
  1. Head over to http://www.epoch.com
  2. Continue by clicking on “Chat with us”
  3. Type “Cancel Account”
  4. Put your info in the places provided
  5. Tell the representative that you’d like to cancel
  6. If applicable, ask for a refund
  7. If you’re unsure, ask if you’re going to be charged again
  8. Ask the representative for a receipt, email, or confirmation number
