Client Works provides billing and customer support for various online companies. Utilize one of these 3 guides to learn how to cancel your account.

Get together this information:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Full Card Number
  • Username
  • Password
  • What product do you have
  • Date of Last Charge
  • Amount of Last Charge
To cancel by E-Mail:
  1. Create an email requesting your account be cancelled
  2. Help the representative locate your account by providing the info they ask for
  3. Shoot the email to cs@clientworks.com
  4. It’s important to keep the info about your cancellation, just in case!
To cancel by Phone (Live Agent):
  1. Pick up your phone and call 1-888-553-9921
  2. Tell the representative that you’d like to cancel
  3. Help the representative locate your account by providing the info they ask for
  4. If applicable, ask for a refund
  5. Ask the representative for a receipt, email, or confirmation number
  6. It’s important to keep the info about your cancellation, just in case!
To cancel by Web Form:
  1. Head over to http://www.clientwks.com/?pg=manage
  2. Help the representative locate your account by providing the info they ask for
  3. Continue by clicking on “submit”
  4. Continue by clicking on the cancellation option next to the subscription on your account
