How Do I Cancel My Blink Fitness

Blink Fitness is a lower-cost fitness option with fewer amenities offered by Equinox Fitness. Blink locations are currently available in New York, New Jersey, Boston, MA, and California with more locations planned in other areas in the future. Memberships with Blink are offered in three different plans known as Blue, Green, and Grey memberships. Green members have access to all Blink Fitness locations nationwide and unlimited guest privileges but only one guest per visit, access to toiletry vending machines, access to personal training and access to Amazon delivery lockers on site. Green memberships are $26.00 per month with a $49.00 annual fee after three months of membership, and have a 12 month commitment but can be cancelled within the first year with a 45 day notice and $60.00 buyout in NY and NJ, 45 day notice and $50.00 buyout in PA and a 30 day notice and $50.00 buyout in CA. Blue memberships have regional access with some locations not allowed and unlimited guest privileges but only one guest per visit. A Blue membership is $22.00 per month per month with a $49.00 annual fee after three months of membership, and have a 12 month commitment but can be cancelled within the first year with a 45 day notice and $60.00 buyout in NY and NJ, 45 day notice and $50.00 buyout in PA and a 30 day notice and $50.00 buyout in CA. Grey memberships are only valid at 1 location and do not include guest privileges. A Grey membership is month to month with no commitment for $15.00 per month with a $49.00 annual fee after three months of membership and can be cancelled at any time with 45 days notice. To cancel by Phone (Live Agent):
  1. Pick up your phone and call the phone number for the gym you signed up at or attended most frequently
  2. Ask for information about cancelling your account
  3. Help the representative locate your account by providing the info they ask for
  4. Ask if you are in a contract or free to cancel
  5. If asked to send a letter follow our instructions to do so!
To cancel by Certified Mail:
  1. Create a letter and request cancellation within it. Provide all of your account info as listed. Sign and date the letter and Keep a copy for your records.
  2. Using certified mail, send your letter to Blink Member Services, 386 Park Ave South 11th Floor, New York, NY 10016
  3. Pick up your phone and call the phone number for the gym you signed up at or attended most frequently after your letter is received to ensure your account is cancelled
  4. Ask the representative for a receipt, email, or confirmation number
