Beachbody Activit


Beachbody Activit is a multi-vitamin supplement sold on Beachbody.com. The daily vitamin aims to provide support for fitness and weight loss. The vitamin claims to aid in immune health, physical energy, and muscle recovery. Beachbody.com offers a 30-Day Activit Trial for $29.95, plus shipping and handling. After 30 days, they will automatically send a 90-day supply every 3 months.

If you find your Beachbody Activit subscription no longer needed, follow the steps below to cancel your subscription.

*Important things to note:

  • After your trial ends, you will be automatically charged for a 90-day supply, $29.95 per month plus $4.95 for shipping and handling.
  • To stop your first auto-shipment and avoid these charges, you must cancel before the trial ends. Cancel at least 3 days before the next auto-delivery shipment date to avoid being charged.
  • You will not receive a notice that your trial will be ending, so keep tabs.

How to cancel your Beachbody Activit subscription:

Via Phone:

You will need: Your product number, and your contact and billing info you used to sign up, including name, email, and address.

  1. Call the Customer Service at (866)-737-9407. They are open Monday-Sunday, 4:00 AM to 10:00 PM Pacific Time.
  2. Request for your trial to be cancelled.
  3. Provide requested member information.
  4. Ask for a confirmation number or email for your records.

Via Online:

You will need: Order number, customer number, email address and billing details.

  1. Go to faq.beachbody.com.
  2. Click on “Manage Activit” (the bottle logo).
  3. Fill out the requested information. Note the text in red if you need to return the bottles.
  4. Click on “Submit.”
  5. Wait for an email confirmation for your records.

Via Online Chat

You will need: Product name, order number, zip code, email address, billing details.

  1. Go to faq.beachbody.com.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  3. Click on the “Contact Us” button.
  4. Click on “Customer” for question #1.
  5. Choose “Cancel Activit” for question #2.
  6. Do not click on #3. There is a “Chat with an agent” option to the right. Click on that link.
  7. Fill out requested information.
  8. Click on “Start Chat” button.
  9. Proceed as prompted and ask for a cancel confirmation number or email for your records.
